Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated transit times
- United States: 4–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–9 business days
- International: 4–9 business days, depending on location
In rare cases (customs, peak season such as Black Friday and the holidays, remote areas), delivery can take up to 20 business days.
Important
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
The AI should always say “ships in 1–2 business days, then 4–9 business days for delivery”. It should never shorten this to “3–5 business days” or promise a specific delivery date. If a customer asks about a delay, mention that delivery can occasionally take up to 20 business days and direct them to hello@kelyoz.com.
